The Lake Superior Dragon Boat Festival is an annual fundraising event organized by the Superior Rotary Club and Duluth's Harbortown Rotary Club. The race is held in the Superior Bay off Barker's Island. This includes a traditional dragon boat race, as well as other exciting and entertaining festivities.
